What are your Reception hours?

Our office time is from 9:00am to 11:00am, 2:00pm to 7:00pm, for any urgent assistance, please call us on +64 27 966 6696.

When can I check in?

Check-in time is normally after 2:00pm, though our rooms are normally ready by 1:00pm.

When do I need to check out?

Check out time is 10:00am. If you need to stay later, please make arrangements with our Reception team.

Do you have off street car parking?

We provide complimentary undercover and outdoor car parks for all guests.

Can I bring my dog?

We offer pet friendly accommodation. Dog owners are welcome to bring your best friend knowing there is plenty of paddock space for off-leash exercise.

I'm not arriving until after 7:00pm. How do I check in?
